The most beautiful day of the year so far in Toronto. Big, bright, cool and green. People are going by on bikes. No one in Canada will say it, but we all know that summer is over. We’re packing for our trip. Quito to Beunos Aires in 3.5 months.
On this blog you will find no deep soul-searching, no contraversial political views. We are not trying out any of the material for our upcoming novels here. None of my acclaimed poetry either. This is simply a place for friends and family to see where we are and what we’re up to, in pictures and words. We expect no audience. Every one is going to read it the day before we get back and say “great blog. Read it every day.”
If you would like either of our views on God, George Bush, internet dating, relationships, Iraq, September 11th, science, or daily self-absorbed rambling, you will not find it here. Here simply follows an account of our last hurrah: Quito to Buenos Aires in 106 days. September 11 – December 25.
